A4PM® training aims to provide all those who work in project management or who would like to specialize in project management, with the knowledge necessary to manage projects appropriately and effectively in accordance with ISO 21502:2021.
A4PM® training enhances project management skills and responds to the needs of the regulatory evolution on the Project Management and the new references of the new 2023 Procurement Code. In fact, the UNI ISO 21502 standard is already included in the new edition of the Code of procurement (Legislative Decree no. 36 of 31 March 2023) while the project manager certification according to UNI 11648 has already been a preferential requirement in public procurement tenders for some years. The training course organized by A4PM® represents a useful refresher course on the subject for all those who are involved in project management activities in various ways. Those who meet the requirements (according to the UNI 11648:2022 standard) can therefore be admitted to obtaining the project manager certification from a Certification Body (CB) recognized by ACCREDIA.
The A4PM® course has been qualified by a CB (Certification Body) recognized by ACCREDIA, it’s present in the database of qualified courses with the register number 43, in the three modes in which A4PM® specialized over the years:
- Course delivered in person at the customer's premises
- Course delivered online
- Course delivered with the blended e-learning platform of A4PM®
The UNI 11648 standard defines the achievement of 35 training credits in the discipline of project management as a non-formal requirement for access to the exams.
The ACCREDIA circular of 17-02-2023 clarifies as following: it is believed that 35 credits in the discipline of project management can be acquired following a 35-hour course previously recognized in the preliminary phase by the CB in relation to the content programme.
The A4PM® course lasts at least 35 hours and is qualified by an CB, therefore it fulfills this requirement.

a) to have worked as a project manager for at least 2 years in the last 6 years of work experience;
or
b) to have carried out activities within project management groups for at least 3 years in the last 10 years, plus at least 1 year as project manager in the last 10 years of work experience.

The training contents of the course are recognized by Certification Bodies (CB) for the purposes of admission to the Project Manager certification exam (according to the UNI 11648:2022 Standard) and registration in the relevant third-party national register of Project Managers recognized by ACCREDIA.
At the end of the course, a simulation exam similar to those in force for qualification and/or certification tests is carried out, while throughout the course various self-assessment tests with multiple choice questions will allow you to consolidate your understanding of the topics.
